Each year at the Summer International Fancy Food Show, sponsored by NASFT (National Association of Specialty Food Trade), a competition is held for awards in several categories. Thousands of products are submitted. The judges are buyers from specialty food stores nationwide. Each year, about 20 Winners and 75 Finalists are chosen.
